This easy, quick and delicious smoothie bowl is full of health boosting antioxidants and can be made with frozen or fresh fruit in just a few minutes. If using fresh fruit, we prefer adding in a few ice cubes to keep it slightly chilled, although it tastes just as delicious at room temperature. Feel free to add as many toppings as you wish. We love adding a variety of different nuts, seeds, nut butters and seasonal fruits on top.


  • 250ml water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 60g each blackberries & raspberries
  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 tsp acai powder


  • blueberries/raspberries/kiwi
  • granola
  • almonds/walnuts/hazelnuts/brazil nuts
  • pumpkin/sunflower seeds
  • peanut/almond butter
  • cacao powder
  • coconut chips


Blend the water, banana, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and acai powder together until smooth. Pour into a bowl, top with your preferred toppings and enjoy in the sunshine!
